Service Description

The format will be that of a small symposium. Food and wine will have a central place as an experience of sense of geocultural acquaintance. The meeting will be with the producer and artisan of traditional ancient Greek wine Nikos Afianes from Ikaria. The event will be coordinated by the development consultant of human systems & communication Antonis Kryonis. Participants will be invited to have active interaction. The main criterion is the development of perceptual intelligence through multimodal sensation, taste, aroma, color, hearing, touch. The relationship, acquaintance and communication with the Winemaker, his knowledge and himself as a living geoculturalist of Ikaria offer a laboratory for the development of our sensitivity to life and vital energy.
